Repack the item with tags and labels still attached, ready for collection.
We will arrange to collect your item within 3 business days after receiving your email.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are allowed for items of equal value. Shipping costs for exchanges are 2 JDs within Amman and 3 JDs for locations outside Amman.
To request an exchange, send an email with EXCHANGE REQUEST in the subject line to contact@karmah-store.com.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery, the refund can be issued either as store credit or via CLIQ service.
Refunds may be denied if the item shows signs of being worn or is not in the same condition as when it was delivered.
Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive the returned items for your refund to reflect in your account. If you do not receive your refund after 5 business days, please contact us at contact@karmah-store.com with the subject line LATE REFUND.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Karmah Store ensures that all items are thoroughly checked before shipping. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please report it by following the steps above and email contact@karmah-store.com on the same day you receive the item with the subject line FAULTY ITEM.
